Our Night Splint for Plantar Fasciitis was designed with size inclusivity in mind. The open toe and adjustable straps allow the brace to accommodate nearly any size foot for both men and women. The calf strap is extra-long to fit most adult body types. With its soft and durable contour foam padding, combined with a strong, flexible, aluminum support bar, our brace will keep your foot in the correct position all night. The hook and loop tabs are easy to open and close while the straps securely hold your foot in place.
Material: Memory foam + Aluminum strip + Velcro (100% Nylon)
Dimensions: 20.5"W x 12"L
Open all straps then bend the bottom of the brace up in an 85 to 90 degree angle towards the top of the brace. Place the support pad against the front of your foot with the longest strap against your calf. Fasten the bottom strap under your foot. Then fasten the middle and top straps around your leg. Adjust until comfortable. Ensure the straps are not fastened too tight. Open the black tab end of the center vertical strap and insert it into the black plastic ring, pulling tight to create a 90 degree angle. Secure the black tab end of the strap to the gray part of the same strap. Fasten the remaining two vertical straps to the bottom of the splint on the left and the right sides for additional support. Begin wearing your night splint for 30 minutes to an hour prior to wearing overnight.
