How do I use my coupon code with Paypal? If you have a coupon code and are paying with Paypal, do NOT click the Yellow Paypal button. Instead, click the "Secure Checkout" button, enter your information and coupon code, and then select the box next to "Paypal" for your payment option.

What shipping service do you use? We ship via First Class Mail through the United States Post office. This service normally arrives within 3-5 days. However, due to the current pandemic, the Post Office is experiencing delays, so transit time may be as long as 7 days.

Do your products cure bunions? No, bunions cannot be cured because they are not a disease. It’s a progressive condition. However, you can slow the formation of the bunion and prevent the condition from getting worse. Our products provide relief from the pain associated with bunions while the product is worn.

I have already had a bunion surgery. Should I still use your products? Yes! Bunions unfortunately still often reoccur after a bunionectomy. Our toe separators can help to maintain the proper big toe alignment. Please seek the opinion of your doctor before attempting to self-treat or diagnose, and never use ZenToes products over broken skin.

Are there any pre-existing conditions that would prevent me from using your products? Please speak to your doctor before using our products if you have extreme bunions, are diabetic or have poor circulation.

Do your products work on either foot? Yes, all of our products can be used on either your right or left foot.

Are your products machine-washable? No, ZenToes products need to be hand washed in cold or lukewarm water. Use a soap that will not irritate your skin and allow the product to dry fully before wearing again.

What are your products made of? Our products are made of SEBS plastic and contain no latex.

Can I wear your products while sleeping? If the product has a ring that could be constricting then no, you should not wear it while you sleep. While you are sleeping you cannot monitor your toe for any swelling or restricted blood flow. If at any time you feel that your toe is becoming numb or you see that it is swelling you should remove the product immediately.

My toe separator is splitting or ripping, what should I do? This is typically caused by a toe separator that is too small and qualifies for our 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If this happens, please contact us right away so that we can send you a replacement or help you pick a more suitable style.

The silicone is starting to get sticky, how can I make it feel smooth again? If your ZenToes product feels tacky or sticky you can use talcum powder to restore it to it’s original feel.

Can I give these products as a gift? Yes! Our variety packs make especially great gifts for anyone with a bunion.

The silicone is starting to turn yellow, what does that mean? The silicone can turn yellow over time due to sun exposure and age. This is not an indication of the cleanliness of the gel and does not affect the gel’s performance.
