Every order comes with two (one left and one right) metatarsal pads that fit both men and women. Simply slide them over the big toe, wrap them comfortably around your foot, and they’ll stay in place all day without sliding or bunching.

The fabric toe strap should be placed between the first and the second toe like a thong sandal. There is a right and left pad, so be sure you select the correct pad for your foot. The gel pad should be placed over the ball of the foot. Adjust until comfortable. Works most comfortably with snug fitting socks.
