The medical grade felt used in our callus pads protects sensitive areas on your foot from rubbing against socks and shoes, helping to prevent calluses from forming and protecting current calluses. They can be used to create a barrier around bony areas on your foot to absorb pressure, reducing and relieving pain in your feet.
The cushions are approximately 1/8” thick and measure approximately 1.9” x 1.7”. The width of the interior of the U-shaped cutout is approximately 0.6”. Pads can be trimmed to fit comfortably on any foot and can be worn with all types of shoes including sneakers, high heels, boots and sandals.

Ensure that your skin is clean, dry, and free of oils or lotions. Remove callus pad from paper sheet. Center the pad cutout on your callus with the adhesive side towards skin. Apply callus pad to skin and press down firmly for 5 seconds. May also be used with callus removal creams.
Warnings: If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your healthcare provider before using. If pain, numbness, discoloration, or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not use over broken or inflamed skin.
