Toe Spacer: Slide your toes into the toe rings ensuring the larger spacer is positioned between your big and second toe. Adjust the toe separator until it fits comfortably.

Bunion Shield: The bunion protector loop should be placed around the big toe and the protector should be placed over the bunion. Adjust until comfortable. Can be worn with shoes or barefoot.

Bunion Pads: Ensure that your skin is clean, dry, and free of oils or lotions. Remove bunion pad from paper sheet. Center the pad on your bunion with the adhesive side down. Apply bunion pad to skin and press down firmly for 5 seconds.

Warnings: If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your healthcare provider before using. If pain, numbness, discoloration, or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
