You can slip the stretchy loop over one of your secondary toes, like a ring, and face the gel pad towards a neighboring toe to keep your toes from rubbing together causing blisters or calluses to form on that sensitive skin between your toes. With the toe spreader on your smallest toe, your pinky toe will stay in proper alignment, helping to reduce pressure and strain on the metatarsophalangeal joint from a bunionette. Product can be worn on any of the 4 smaller toes as long as it does not restrict circulation. Slip the ring over the desired toe. To separate overlapping toes, position the gel spacer between the toes. For hammertoes or to relieve pressure under the toe, position the gel spacer facing down. Can be worn with shoes or barefoot.
