Our open toe design makes our compression sleeves multifunctional for use during physical activities, everyday wear, or even overnight as you sleep. They won’t restrict or compress your toes, and they can be worn without socks in high heels, thong sandals and other open toed shoes. Wear a pair under socks in work boots, sneakers or sport skates.

Roll sleeve down, place on foot and pull up slowly over ankle with the ZenToes logo positioned at the back of the leg. After the sleeve is in place, smooth out any wrinkles to ensure a comfortable fit. Can be worn alone or under socks.
