Our ankle pad socks provide mild compression to help reduce and prevent swelling of the ankle bone, while the polymer gel soothes and protects your ankle bone, cushioning it to soothe a malleolar fracture, protect a bone with hardware in it, or comfort a sore ankle. Made from a lightweight fabric and medical grade hypoallergenic gel, these ankle sleeves can be washed and reused.

Material: Cotton (85%) + Spandex (15%), Gel part: 100% SEBS GEL

Dimensions: 4.25"W x 7.5"L

Put the sock on as shown in the image on the front of the package. Adjust the sock so that the gel pads are comfortably covering the bones on both sides of your ankle.

Warnings: If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your healthcare provider before using. If pain, numbness, discoloration, or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Hockey Lifesaver!

After a hard skate my ankle bone would feel bruised but these sleeves alleviate all irritation! Would love a second version with gel pad on just the inside of the ankle.

Great buy!

A year after ankle surgery and still have pain to the touch. Makes sleeping uncomfortable just from the pressure of laying on my side. This product cushions the ankle bone enough to relieve the pressure. Wish I had found it sooner.
