Our ankle pad socks provide mild compression to help reduce and prevent swelling of the ankle bone, while the polymer gel soothes and protects your ankle bone, cushioning it to soothe a malleolar fracture, protect a bone with hardware in it, or comfort a sore ankle. Made from a lightweight fabric and medical grade hypoallergenic gel, these ankle sleeves can be washed and reused.

Put the sock on as shown in the image on the front of the package. Adjust the sock so that the gel pads are comfortably covering the bones on both sides of your ankle.
