Our toe separators promote proper toe alignment during use to help relieve pressure, pain and tension from crowded or overlapping toes, hammertoes, bunions (big toe), and bunionettes (pinky toe). They are ideal for yoga, other barefoot training, or to casually relax and stretch toes that have been scrunched up in socks and shoes all day. Each pair of medical grade gel toe spreaders, in your choice of black or clear, comes with two sizes of foam wedges to increase the spacing next to your big toe and/or your pinky toe, if desired. The gel spacer can also be trimmed thinner at the end if your pinky toe is overspread.

Slide your toes into the toe rings ensuring the larger spacer is positioned between your big toe and second toe. Adjust the toe separator until it fits comfortably. We recommend wearing your adjustable toe separators for 10 minutes at a time until your feet become used to them and then gradually increasing the wear time and spacing as needed.
