These foot pads are reusable and washable. Each pack contains 4 metatarsal pads, 2 for each foot. They adhere to the bottom of your foot, or the inside of your shoe. They can be washed, air dried, and reused as the latex free gel will retain its stickiness through several gentle washings.

Wash and dry your foot. Peel the paper off the adhesive. Position the pad on the ball of your foot where it best protects the metatarsal. Press pad to foot. Do not apply lotions or gels to the bottom of your foot when using our gel pads. To remove, gently peel from the skin.
Warnings: If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your healthcare provider before using. If pain, numbness, discoloration, or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not use over broken or inflamed skin.
