Our moleskin for blisters provides a thin, flexible barrier for skin that rubs on tight shoes, boots or sports skates. Moleskin pads can be used to prevent blisters, painful "hot spots", corns and calluses as well as reducing friction and forefoot pain from shoes rubbing on hammer toes, claw toes, mallet toes, tailor's bunions (bunionettes) and bunions.

Ensure that your skin is clean, dry, and free of oils or lotions. Cut the pad into the desired shape and peel away the backing. With the adhesive side towards the skin, apply to the desired area and press down firmly for 5 seconds. Replace the moleskin pad when the edges of the pad begin to come loose. Do not wear the same pad for more than 48 hours consecutively.
Warnings: If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your healthcare provider before using. If pain, numbness, discoloration, or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not apply directly on top of a blister or broken skin.
