Our insoles include:

They are available in unisex sizing, from women's shoe size 8.5 to men's shoe size 14, and can be used in both closed and open-toe shoes.
Remove the insoles from the shoes you will be using your ZenToes insoles in. Directly insert insoles into closed toe shoes or lay directly on top of open-toe shoes.
To clean, lightly wipe with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash. Let the insoles air out regularly between uses. Do not expose foam to high heat.
